
WASTELINQ Network FAQs
A: First, only profiles with an “Approved” status are eligible to be added to profiles. When creating an order, you have two options – Add a Network Order or Add a Network Exempt Order. When you add a Network order, only Network profiles will appear for selection. When you add a Network-Exempt order, only Exempt profiles will appear for selection. Make sure you are choosing the correct type of order for the type of profile.

A:
No. Only the required fields on a profile are required to submit a profile to Network. The required fields are indicated with bold font and an asterisk.

A: WASTELINQ allows a user to exempt a profile and not utilize Network Services for the profile. To exempt a profile, begin by creating a new profile. Click the checkbox next to “Exempt” and click “Save.” Complete the remainder of the profile. Note: Exempt WPC processing detail lines must be established in the Set Up Tools – Materials Management – Waste Product Codes.

A: Exempt profiles will have the Exempt checkbox checked. In addition, the Waste Profile Summary Page will indicate if the profile is Exempt or Network.

A: Cost and List Price are managed in the Set Up Tools – Materials Management – Waste Product Codes under the Waste Product Code Cost & Pricing. You can add cost and list price for all Exempted Product lines. Cost is managed by WASTELINQ for all Network product lines, however, you can establish a List Price for Network product lines. Cost and List prices established at the WPC level.

To submit an order to Network, click the “Submit to Network” button. Once that has been clicked, you will receive a notification stating “Submitted to WASTELINQ Network successfully! DD/MM/YYYY TIME.”
The “Submit to Network Button” will also turn from blue to grey.
In addition, the System Information tab within the order will indicate that the order was submitted to Network.

A: All waste from Network orders will be picked up from your 10-day facility within the 10 days from receipt at that facility. All generator direct transportation orders will be picked up based on transporter and tsdf availability, however, we strive to pick these orders at the first available time.
